3. Refund Policy

3.1 Services

Our personal development coaching services are customized and scheduled individually. Cancellations and refunds require at least 72 hours' notice prior to the scheduled session. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after confirmation of cancellation. Rescheduling is available upon request and subject to availability.

Due to the nature of personalized coaching and the immediate allocation of resources upon booking, services confirmed less than 72 hours before the session are non-refundable. This policy ensures scheduling integrity and fairness to our experts.

3.2 Info Products

All digital courses and educational materials offered by MindOHub are non-refundable due to their instant and irreversible access upon purchase. If you encounter technical difficulties or do not receive access as expected, please contact us via the contact form for support.

3.3 Physical Goods

For physical merchandise, customers may request a refund within 14 days of receipt if the item is unused and in its original condition. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method after the return of the product to our address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Please note that personalized or custom-made products are non-refundable.
